Feaman's Visuals

Gary Feaman learned photography as part of his law enforcement career. This occupational skill turned into a lifelong passion which earned him a few awards along the way. He worked with a number of different camera makes and types, but preferred his Nikons. Gary eagerly and generously shared his knowledge with anyone who showed some interest from curious kids during school visits to adults who just didn't know how to start to me who would cut off heads in photos. My love of photography grew over the 42 years we had together as Gary patiently taught me to find the focal point, to frame my photos, to pay attention to lighting and contrasts, and to hold steady as I embraced the precise, precious moment when the shutter clicks. Over the years Gary often became my subject. Here is Gary at work!
